The Planning Status Bar

Treat any status bar as a planning checklist, not as a compliance determination or audit result.

Understanding Planning Signals

A status summary may consider configured checks such as:

  • Meal-Pattern Checks: Are required component slots filled for the selected meal and age group?
  • Documentation: Do you have required PFS documents on file?
  • Production Records: Which drafts still need operator review?

How to Use Status Levels

Use status levels only to prioritize items for source and human review. No score establishes audit readiness, claim eligibility, or sponsor approval.

⚠️
Important

Open the details, if available, to see which inputs or documents need review. Confirm any correction against current source guidance.

Verify Claim Deadlines

If a deadline reminder appears, compare it with the deadline in your authorized claiming system. The official sponsor or state schedule controls.
