Excel Export Details

When an Excel output includes these fields, review each one for accuracy:

  • Menu items for each day and meal
  • Component crediting (oz equivalents)
  • Configured planning-check status per meal
  • Age group requirements summary
  • Program information
💡
Pro Tip

An export is a planning artifact, not complete crediting evidence. Keep the applicable CN Labels, PFS documents, recipes, and other records requested by your sponsor or state agency.
