Plan CACFP & SFSP Menus
with Clearer Checks
Build weekly CACFP or SFSP menu drafts, catch meal-pattern gaps as you go, and prepare production-record drafts for your review. Reference 2,200+ imported USDA Food Buying Guide yield entries and search available Product Records after signing in. The sponsor or state agency responsible for your program still has final say.
Bring Weekly Planning Work Together
Built specifically for CACFP and SFSP programs. No generic nutrition software β just the tools you actually reach for on a Monday morning.
Yield & Product References
Use USDA Food Buying Guide yield entries as a planning reference. Separately, search Product Records across available FoodData Central, CNDB, and PFS sources; missing documentation stays visibly unresolved.
Meal Pattern Checks as You Build
Compare entered menu components and portions with configured federal meal-pattern fields while you build, so gaps are visible before export.
A Clearer Planning Workflow
Keep menu building, source lookup, gap checks, and documentation preparation together instead of switching between separate tools.
Week Planner
Drag-and-drop weekly menu planning. Copy meals, swap items, and see current planning checks and review gaps at a glance.
Production Record Planning Drafts
Prepare menu and production-record planning drafts for your review. Confirm your state or sponsor format and attach source documents separately.
Built for You
Designed for CACFP and SFSP nutrition professionals, with connected tools for menu planning, source review, and meal-pattern checks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is CrEATe really free?
The provider planning core is currently free without usage limits and does not require a credit card. Feature availability can vary by release status, service availability, and safety controls.
How does CrEATe check my menu?
CrEATe runs deterministic federal meal-pattern planning checks and keeps unavailable, stale, or unresolved state guidance marked for review. Final decisions stay with the sponsor or state agency responsible for your program.
Where do the yield and product records come from?
CrEATe uses a separate planning-reference flow for 2,200+ imported USDA Food Buying Guide yield entries. Product Records search covers available FoodData Central, Child Nutrition Database, and Product Formulation Statement sources. Coverage and source freshness vary; missing or unavailable documentation stays marked for review.
Can I use this to prepare for my state review?
CrEATe prepares menu and production-record planning drafts for your review. Confirm the format required by the sponsor or state agency responsible for your program, and attach current source documents separately. That program authority makes final determinations.
Does this work for infant menus?
Menu planning supports all CACFP age groups, including 0-5 months, 6-11 months, and 1-2 years. Infant gap checks are limited and do not determine the full 6-11-month solid-food pattern. Production-record drafts are created in a separate workspace; direct menu-to-record download is not currently available.
What organization features are available?
Sponsor organizations can use provider-site and team features plus basic aggregate site cards. Detailed cross-site planning summaries and sponsor reports are not currently available.
